Information on the processing of personal data

Information pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 on the processing of personal data of users who consult the site

In accordance with Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 this information is addressed to all those who send information (the “Data”) by e-mail to the HELPYNESS Association at the address indicated on the website from time to time:

It is emphasized that this information is provided only for the aforementioned Site and not for other websites that can be consulted through external links.


The HELPYNESS association based in Gassino Torinese is the "owner" of the treatment.


The Data will be stored by the owner at the Aruba Servers (located in the European economic area) for the only time necessary due to the nature of the Data and for the purposes indicated below. The Data are not subject to disclosure. The data are also processed in an automated way. The security measures provided by law are observed to prevent: the destruction or loss of data; illicit or incorrect uses; unauthorized access.


The data being processed are only the data provided voluntarily by the user by registering on the Site and / or by written communication to the email address published from time to time on the Site and must not be provided by law. The free sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site entails the acquisition of the sender's address to respond to requests as well as any other personal data included in the e-mail communication.


Users who provide the Data retain the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such Data at any time and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or the rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/03). According to the same provision of the law, one has the right to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
